By accessing and using mangalyajewellery.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Mangalya Jewellery reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of 3% GST. Gold jewellery prices are calculated based on live gold rates and may change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is final. We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions, but slight variations may occur due to photography and screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (for orders under ₹50,000). Mangalya Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping

We offer free insured shipping across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.

5. Returns & Refunds

Unused, unaltered items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom/bespoke orders are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Making charges are non-refundable.

6. Warranty

All gold jewellery comes with a lifetime buyback guarantee at prevailing gold rates. Diamond and gemstone settings carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, alteration, or normal wear.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, images, text, and logos — is the intellectual property of Mangalya Jewellery. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Khammam, Telangana.
